Elves look similar to humans, but are slightly thinner with angular features and pointed ears. Elves also possess keen senses, particularly sight. Physically, the elves are beautiful and long-lived, surviving to roughly five times the average human lifespan. They reproduce slowly, however, and are only fertile at very young ages. That said, elves age exceedingly well and suffer few signs of advanced age, even after centuries. Given their incredible lifespans, most elves have tremendous patience and are frequent perfectionists, especially as it comes to the arts. This sophistication tends to foster a certain level of pride, however, and many elves look down upon the other races.
